This is a no-pressure, informal conversation where we’ll talk about what you’re looking for, explore how I can support you, and see if we’re a good fit.

Step 2: Your Personal Deep Dive

Before we begin our coaching journey, we’ll start with a 90-minute Deep Dive Session. This in-depth consultation helps me understand your full health picture: past and present, so I can support you in the most effective, personalised way.

We’ll explore:

  • Your health history
  • Nutrition and eating habits
  • Lifestyle factors like sleep, movement, stress and social connection
  • Your current goals and challenges

What you’ll need to prepare:
Ahead of this session, you’ll complete a detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire and a 3-day food diary, giving us a clear starting point to work from.

This Deep Dive lays the foundation for all future sessions and ensures we’re moving forward with clarity and purpose.

Step 3: Book Your Coaching Sessions

Once we’ve completed your Deep Dive, you can continue your journey through pay-as-you-go coaching sessions. These one-to-one sessions are fully tailored to your evolving needs and give you the flexibility to work at your own pace, with expert guidance every step of the way.

What’s Included in Each Session

Each 60-minute coaching session is completely personalised to you. We’ll focus on what matters most to your health and wellness journey, whether that’s nutrition, energy, digestion, sleep, stress, hormones, or lifestyle balance.

You’ll receive:

  • Expert guidance and tailored advice
  • Practical tools and achievable action steps
  • Ongoing motivation and accountability
  • Support via email or WhatsApp between sessions (where needed)

Pricing: Simple and Straightforward

Each session, whether it’s your initial Deep Dive or a follow-up coaching session is priced at £85 per session.

  • 90-minute Deep Dive Session: £85
