How My Coaching Works...
Discovery & Assessment
This is the foundation of the programme, where we work together to understand your unique needs, by taking a 90 minute Deep Dive into your health, nutrition and lifestyle history to get a full picture of where you’re starting from.
Before this session, you will fill out a lifestyle questionnaire and a 3 day food diary.
Strategy & Planning
In this phase, I’ll analyze your 3-day food diary to assess your intake of key nutrients and review your lifestyle questionnaire to identify any factors holding you back. From this, I’ll create a personalized plan to address any gaps and help you move closer to your health and wellness goals.
Coaching & Implementation
During your 60 – 75 minute Coaching Sessions*, I’ll provide feedback and educate you on the findings from my analysis. We’ll go over any key insights about your nutrition and lifestyle, and I’ll support you as you begin implementing the changes from your personalized plan. We’ll also troubleshoot any challenges together and ensure you stay accountable and on track.
Reflection & Wrap-Up
In your final session we’ll review the progress you’ve made throughout our time together. During this 30-minute Wrap-Up Call, we’ll reflect on your journey, address any remaining challenges, and discuss how to maintain your success going forward.
This session ensures you leave my programme feeling confident and equipped to sustain your results.
